Child Safety Standards

Datie (operated by Eclivionex) has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Datie is an adults‑only (18+) live social platform. This page sets out our published standards and the measures we take to prevent, detect, remove, and report any such content or behavior, in line with the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy.

1. Zero‑tolerance policy

Any content, conduct, or attempted conduct involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor is strictly prohibited. This includes CSAM, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and any sexualization of minors. Violations result in immediate removal of content, permanent account termination, preservation of evidence, and reporting to the appropriate authorities.

2. Age requirement

Datie is intended only for users aged 18 and older. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed. We require users to confirm they are adults, and we act on any indication that a user is under 18.

3. Prevention & detection

Clear community guidelines and Terms that prohibit CSAE/CSAM and minor‑sexualizing content.
Live stream and content monitoring, keyword filtering, and moderation of reported material.
Trained moderation and the ability to suspend, ban, and block offending accounts and devices.
Restrictions on accounts that violate our policies, including permanent bans.

4. In‑app reporting

Every user can report child‑safety concerns directly in the app — by reporting a user, a live stream, or a message (Profile / stream → Report). Reports relating to child safety are prioritized and reviewed promptly. Users can also block other users at any time.

5. Removal & reporting to authorities

When we identify CSAE/CSAM, we remove it, terminate the responsible account, preserve relevant records, and report to the relevant regional and national authorities — including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or local law enforcement as required by applicable law. We cooperate with lawful requests from child‑protection authorities.

6. Compliance

Datie complies with all applicable child‑safety laws and reporting obligations in the jurisdictions where it operates, and aligns its practices with the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy.
